Why would you use a hotspot?

  • Remote learners at home right now
  • Traveling without wifi for your cell phone or laptop
  • Interrupted wifi service at home
  • Out of data on your plan this month
  • Working from home temporarily – and many more reasons!

Wi-Fi hotspots are portable devices that allow for internet access to laptops, tablets, phones, and other devices without using your personal data plan.  They can connect your device to the internet wherever there is cellular service.

West Yellowstone Public Library currently has 3 hotspots.  Hotspots can be checked out for 14 days (to anyone 18 or older with a permanent library card). The service provider is T-Mobile and can be used in any area T-Mobile has coverage.  Multiple users on each hotspot. Call the library at (406) 646-9017 to inquire about availability, reserve one, or any other questions.
